• JetParks 3 Buses too full - people were allowed to stand with their cases instead of being asked to store luggage properly and use the seats available, causing problems for those trying to get on and off. Difficult to see out of the bus windows at night - announcements of current locations/stops may be useful.

• JetParks 3 car park was full apart from overflow part of car park but no signs until reached overflow part of car park hence spent 15 minutes driving around car park loooking for parking space. suggest signs for when car park full at entrance of car park and tell you where to go.

• JetParks 3 It took us ages to find a space. Luckily we had lots of time until our flight. There should be space avaliable signs in each area. There were also cars abandoned all over the place and double parked. This made it dificult to negotiate tight spaces around the car park.

  The park is so big and you drive for ages trying to find a free space. Leave plenty of time!

• JetParks 3 On our return, the driver did not speak at any stage. Had he explained where he was stopping and in what order we would have got off the bus much earlier and avoided a tour of the whole car park that took about 20 minutes. When we got to our car we could not find the exit, as it was so poorly signposted. One way out we did find was blocked by cars that had parked in the way (surely you should be patrolling and towing these away ?) and there was no other clear route to the exit. We started to get a bit panicky and thought we'd have to phone someone at your company to ask for help. We did eventually get out but it was not a pleasant experience.

• JetParks 3 Poor lighting, people parking out of spaces on the road blocking routes around car park, badly sign posted once in car park, gravel car park areas made dragging cases along difficult,didn't see any staff except driver who was fine. Unclear as to where bus stop was and where to get on ,just spotted a group of people waiting and headed there across gravel and up steps which was a pain with bags.

• JetParks 3 When we arrived at the car park it took forever to find a space to parI understand it can be busy but maybe a Marshall on site or staff member to try and guide you to a space would be more useful. But the worst was after we arrived back from holiday we walked out of the terminal towards the bus stop but the bus we needed had just pulled away. We tried to flag him down and waved to him to stop for us (bearing in mind we were only about 30ft away from the bus stop) the driver seen us but refused to stop even though we were stood right in front of his bus! We then had to wait along with other passengers approx 35 mins for the next bus not 10-15 mins as is stated. No apologies for the delay or nothing. So unfortunately we were put off by this experience and will not use jet parks again sorry.

• JetParks 3 The area was good and easy to find, however, finding a parking place was not easy and was not helped by customers having parked cars in undesignated areas.
  It was not easy finding the Exit when driving out of the area in which I was parked.
