• JetParks 3 Overall a very good service frequent buses and pleasant staff only minor problem on Jetpark 3 was on return took a few minutes to find way off the car park partly due to other customers parking out of bays blocking the exits

• JetParks 3 I believe that the times to travel to the terminal were longer than quoted - perhaps because I parked at the beginning of the bus pick-up route. I found it difficult to find a parking space, which was also time consuming. I had to buzz to speak to a staff member as I had no barcode on my acknowledgement and found him responsive and helpful.

• JetParks 3 I have used BCP many times - mainly out of Manchester or Liverpool & have always been very pleased with all aspects of the service, especially from the agents when booking by telephone. However, I was disappointed to discover that your service known as Purple Parking at Norman Road, Altrincham, Manchester, is no longer available and wonder why? As an alternative, for my recent trip, I used Jet Parks 3 conveniently closer to Manchester Airport and the only negative comment I would make is that the 'road surface' there is dreadful. Not only was it difficult to walk on, but the large stones and very uneven ground virtually ruined the wheels on my suitcase. Surely a percentage of the profits BCP must be making on the vast area covered by thousands of cars could be ploughed back into Tarmac surfacing. I would welcome your comments.

• JetParks 3 the booking site is very easy to use but when we arrived at jet 3 carpark it was full and we had to drive around for 30 mins. Then when we went for a bus we waited 25 minutes we were on the last minute when it came to checking in it was very stressful

• JetParks 3 Booked with BCP. No problems whatsoever with booking.
  We parked at Jetparks 3.
  Easy to get to car park and entry to car park was easy.
  The signing inside the car park, instructions for where to go to catch buses, which bus stop to ask for on return and guidence to exits were very poor. Other travellers were asking each other how to get buses, missing bus stops on return and how to exit on return.
