• JetParks 3 Everything went smoothly - booking is easy, automatic number plate recognition works well, did not have to wait long for shuttles. Quite hard to find a space in JetParks 3 though.

• JetParks 3 waited nearly an hour for jet parks 3 bus from terminal 2 manchester . buses came but were full from terminal 1 . eventually an empty bus arrived but this made a detour to the drivers depot in which the changeover drivers had a 10 minute chat and then he went on a long journey round the council estate north of ringway road .not what you need on a cold wet night . poor poor poor .

• JetParks 3 The Car Park was pretty full but we eventually found a space in V section. The bus shelter was nearby (it was raining) so it didn't really matter where we parked and the shuttle bus arrived within a minute of reaching the bus shelter. A good service.

• JetParks 3 we followed the satnav to your carpark and when we are almost there the road was closed off. We had to go a long way round to get to the carpark and we were further delayed due to more roadworks. on arrival at the carpark we had no idea that we would have to spend so much time searching for somewhere to park eventually finding a place in V.Then it was a 20 mins wait for a but that then took another 20 mins to get to the terminal building because there were so many people to pick up, the bus was crammed full. This was very stressful and should not be like this at the start of a holiday.

• JetParks 3 Car park was very near full, only the advice of the shuttle bus driver saved me from driving round aimlessly.
  There appeared to be numerous cars parked outside designated bays which meant it was very tight turning round some corners of the car park - perhaps enforcement could be improved, or employ staff to patrol the car park and to liaise with arriving customers to direct them to spaces.
  The car park was very easy to find, there were no problems accessing and leaving the car park and as I said, the shuttle bus driver offered invaluable advice on where there were a few spaces.
  I'd use the car park again, when flying from Manchester.

• JetParks 3 The directions provided appeared to be incorrect and we were only able to find JetParks 3 at Manchester airport by following the AA signs.
  Drivers of the buses were helpful and courteous. I woudl recommend the service.

• JetParks 3 Only issue I had was that it was very difficult to see the car park zone numbers upon return. We had actually missed our stop as the bus drove past before we could actually see it was the one we wanted !! Also although we got on at T3 for the return the bus made stops at both Terminal 1 & 2, stopped for 5 minutes even though no passengers got on !!

• JetParks 3 Have used Jet Parks 2 before ,which was excellent. This time used Jet Parks 3. This was very easy on arrival but, on returning at 2am it was impossible to know when we were at the right bus stop, and missed ours. When we found our car we drove round in circles trying to find the vehicle exit. We were parked in row W5.

  the only problem we had was the car park was full ther was two cars taking the space of three we could of missed our flight due to this situation the only reason we got a space was someone was leaving lucky for us some wasnt as lucky as us there was several cars looking for spaces it would help if there was lines put in place there was cars parked all over the sides where ever they could find space this situation needs to be sorted out or people will start to miss flights thats the onl problem i have found with the service you provide everything else is great hope this helps in some way.

• JetParks 3 I would recommend going to the car park early as we drove round for quite a while looking for a parking space. We did not wait long for transfer buses, only 5 minutes. Ideal location and great price.
