  • JetParks 3 Poor surface at jet parks 3 and very difficult to find a space. No assistance from staff none to be seen anywhere except bus drivers. This will explain some horrendous parking other customers displayed no doubt panicking about missing flights. Major roadworks causing 30 min delay not advertised. Basically poor experience probably explains the low price.

  • JetParks 3 Car park surface is not conducive to rolling case on. I finished up driving the car to the case on my return, rather than drag my cases across a puddle ridden car park

  • JetParks 3 The new Jet Parks 3 car park was extremely full and it was very difficult and time comsuming finding a space to park despite having booked on line. I much preferred the old Jet Parks 3 layout. Would have to think seriously about using this car park again

    I was a bit wary as it was the first time I had used this scheme. But it was all so easy, from the second the barrier opened to the arrival back at my car.
    You staff were very helpful and polite and they seemed to go out of their way to tell me about the service they supply.

  • JetParks 3 Everything went ok, but will be looking at future bookings?to avoid Jet Park3, as the location is to far, for us, from Manchester Airport.(Previously we have been on Jet Park 2) We also had a small problem with the bus shelter we left from, not having a number on it!

  • JetParks 3 Car park very full and signs confusing. One man stationed at entrance directing traffic to overflow would have saved a lot of frustration. Over 30 minutes to find a space.
    On return your driver was brilliant. A credit to your company. Arrived from Marrakech about 1.15 am on 18.9.12. Did not get his name but he made up for the confusion on the 6th. Full marks to this man.

  • JetParks 3 Car park too far from airport. Roadworks meant we had to wait an hour for bus to pick us up. Company knew there was a problem and should have put more busses on. car park was gravel and could not push cases along. would not use jetpark 3 again.

  • JetParks 3 We parked on jet3 parking at Manchester airport, signage from airport to jet 3 car parks very poor it was dark aprox 4.30 am we asked an airport worker and then when we arrived we were driving round for over 20 minutes trying to find a car parking space, we found a space on the overspill car park.

  • JetParks 3 Booking was very easy. Directions to the car park and instructions as to the parking procedure were excellent. The only complication upon arrival was that it took us perhaps 10 to 15 minutes to find a space. As we left the car park on the bus we saw that there were many free spaces in the exit area. Had we known this in advance it would have prevented us from feeling anxious.
