  • Long Stay T2 Access on entry and exit to the car park was not as smooth as expected - we were expecting to scan the booking barcode but had to call for assistance both entering and leaving. Also the car park was very full, with some cars parked on the roadside so it was difficult to find a space.

  • Long Stay T2 Because of a change of Terminal by Ryanair from T1 to T3 after we had prebooked for T1, we were unable to find a parking slot in T3 long stay and your staff were very helpful in transferring us to T3 Multi Storey without any trouble. Staff helpful throughout.

  • Long Stay T2 Staff helpful when pressing the help button, inserted my debit card but the machine did not recognise it which was frustrating and prompted pressing the help button, otherwise happy with the experience

  • Long Stay T2 I was horrified to find that it was difficult to find a parking space. People had parked on corners, half on and half off paved areas and on grass verges. If you pay for a parking place you expect to get a proper parking bay to park in. We did evenually find a space after driving up and down every single lane. I have used BCP for years but used to use the off site parking in Carrington which was far more professional and organised. I will not stay in the on the long stay T2 parking area again.
