    only complaint bustop was closed near our car and we had to go to bustop no 6 near the exit.
    on the return journey everything was ok.

  • Long Stay T2 Car park was very full. Took awhile to find a space. But the bus journey was smooth and bus came within the allotted time.

  • Long Stay T2 I booked on-line, took paperwork with me, had no need of it. Found car park easily, bus service regular as stated. Returning home, picked up bus outside of airport door, no hassle no problems. Would certainly use this firm again and heartily recommend them.

  • Long Stay T2 The shuttle bus service could not access its full route because a car was parked blocking the road. This should have been towed away. We got rained on!

  • Long Stay T2 Long stay was full even though we had booked weeks in advance ... we were directed to short stay .. not an issue but it was not an ideal start to the holiday driving around and around a car park that was obviously overbooked :)

  • Long Stay T2 The ticket we received via email was not accepted on the way in or way out nor was the card resulting in a queue behind us. Also some bus stops were not in use and this was not clearly signposted, it resulted in us waiting 25 minutes for a bus and walking along way in the rain

  • Long Stay T2 Everything was as usual. No problem finding a space and the bus to the terminal was good.The only problem we have is the barrier. this time going in was fine but coming out it did not recognise the card,this is not unusual as it happens all the time.It is quite annoying.

  • Long Stay T2 Awkward to get to bus stop with suitcases as limited space between cars and no footpath. first 2 bus stops we got to weren't available, so had further to go to find stop in the dark. Offer of cheap hotel was great and we took advantage of this

    The whole transfer would be better if the bus delivered you to the departure terminal (2) rather than "arrivals"...it would save time waiting for lifts or using the escalator with heavy luggage. Probably outside of your remit!!

  • Long Stay T2 No spaces in prebooked park . After 25 mins sent to another park which was nearly full and so we got to check in 40 mins later than planned. This gave no time in departure lounge to eat or buy as planned. People were being allowed into the original car park by pressing for a ticket on the day this no spaces. How can a space be guaranteed for pre booked if this is allowed. The second car park is used for picking up returning passengers so we were lucky to get a space in that one. What would have happened if that was also full?
    My holiday got off to a stressful start due to no fault of myself. I am very unhappy and disappointed with your company.
