  • Mid Stay 1 On arriving the barrier lifted but the instructions I received said I would receive a token which didn't appear.the barrier went down so I rang for help and was waiting 5 minutes before someone answered and lifted the barrier after saying I didn't need a token.the instructions we received were incorrect but we had no problems leaving and would use again.

  • Mid Stay 1 All went smoothly. However my confirmation email said I'd get a car park ticket from the machine when I arrived, but turned out I didn't need one as your barrier is automatic. You might want to change the wording on your confirmation email.

  • Mid Stay 1 Hi. The booking process was spot on as usual. My only gripe is that unfortunately our flight was cancelled and we had to rebook our flight leaving from Liverpool 2 days later as opposed to East Midlands where at this point we were parked up. However our return flight was back to East Midlands. When speaking with your team via mobile they advised me that once I'd left the car park I could not return to complete the hire period. This meant my daughter who is a young driver had to drive 30 plus miles to collect us. I think where there is a cancelled flight there should be flexibility to leave and return within the hire period at no additional cost.

  • Mid Stay 1 No staff were very rude and unhelpful on arrival as a genuine mistake had been made on the car registration plate number on our booking (a 0 had been typed in as a O), which meant the automatic barrier did not activate. Staff were very rude about this and kept us waiting for several minutes causing a queue of cars waiting to access the car park. After pressing the button again, we were directed to another car park where we were again spoke to very rudely by the car park attendant via the intercom. I won't be using this car park again. We often fly from Manchester airport where car parking is much more competively priced and the standard of customer service is much higher.
