  • Mid Stay 1 I found the car park quickly. But at the barrier the scanner did not recognise my number plate and that led to a lot of wasted time waiting for someone to answer the intercom

  • Mid Stay 1 No problems upon arrival. The machine that scans the ticket did not open the gate on my departure but the member of staff dealt with this quickly and efficiently. A very good service !!!!

  • Mid Stay 1 We parked in car park 3 at EMA. The barrier was automated and supposed to read the Reg No of the car. Unfortunately this didn't happen,and as mentioned on the intstructions, we had to contact the staff who let us in to the car park - No problems exiting the car park.

  • Mid Stay 1 Original car park full, diverted to Express car park. On return no problem just produced card and original confirmation to clear upgrade. No extra costs were involved.

  • Mid Stay 1 the ticket on our return journey would not lift the barrier, we needed to call the attendant, our instructions said the barrier would lift on presentation of the ticket, but this was not a problem.

  • Mid Stay 1 The only problem was that the plate recognition system didn't seem to work and when I introduced the parking ticket on it wanted me to pay £50. Staff sorted it out quickly and efficiently but I'd had problems already at the other end of the trip and could have done without any more surprises.

  • Mid Stay 1 Brillint service from B.C.P. my plane was 4 hours late due to a French Air Traffic Controllers Strike and we had no trouble exiting the car park quickly.

  • Mid Stay 1 Camera did not recognise my registration, which was entered correctly. Once I explained to the operator the barrier was raised, but no ticket was issued. On our return, we had to explain again in the office outside the terminal, and instructions were given to get us out of the car park.
    Minor inconveniences I know but at 1am, we're not at our best.
    The staff were friendly and helpful. We've used you before and will again. So overall, thanks for a good service.
