  • Mid Stay 2 Car park was full with no spaces for a saloon car, only three spaces left with restricted width due to drivers parking over the bay lines. This made it very difficult to park and unload the vehicle with children.

  • Mid Stay 2 upon arrival we found long stay2 closed and instructions to use economy shuttle2 instead,not what we'd booked,upon arrival at shuttle2 we were told to go to express parking,this was all sorted quickly over intercom line,promptly and professionally..

    Unable to leave car park at 2am as machine was requesting payment even though we had pre-paid. Had to wait several minutes for phone to be answered to release the barrier

  • Mid Stay 2 We prebooked our parking. On arrival the automatic reader identified the car without delay and we soon found a place to park. On return the barrier rose within ten seconds and we were on our way home. Excellent service!

  • Mid Stay 2 Disappointing experience. On arrival at pre-booked car park, the barrier would not raise. When I called on the inter-com. I was told the car park was full, & that I should reverse & go to a different car park, where I should again call on the inter-com. for a valid ticket.
    What is the point of pre-booking if the operator does not even know that the car park will be full??
    East Midlands Airport car parking is NOT a pleasant experience.

  • Mid Stay 2 Have now used yourselves on three or four occations and would not hesitate to use you again, I have on a few occations reccommended BCP to other people with confidence.

  • Mid Stay 2 Got to the airport, car park we had booked was full. A sign informed us to go to an adjacent car park. On return from holiday, barrier would not let us out. Spoke to man via help button. Released barrier. Fantastic service

  • Mid Stay 2 on arrival at the car park there was a sign stating it was closed. it was only on getting to the barrier that we saw the small sign saying 'except those pre-booked'

  • Mid Stay 2 Redirected from Long Stay 2 to Express Parking. Electronic display did not clearly show that this applied pre-booked parking as well.
    On return had to wait at exit barrier to get clearance that it was a pre booked pre-paid arrangement, but otherwise a good service

  • Mid Stay 2 When we got to the carpark we were told it was full and we had to go to another, then when we tried to get in they hadnt got our reference number but let us in anyway. Then when we came home we had to go to the desk to have our reference number put on the system as BCP hadnt told them we had booked in.

  • Mid Stay 2 pre bbooked booked a car park but when I arrived it was full.
    On leaving a alternativet car park it took approximatly 2 minutes before the assistant came on line and by this time a queue had formed.
    Poor value for money.
