• Mid Stay 2 Re-directed from Long stay 2 to 3 but not a problem. Although close to Departures we got quite wet due to no bus service or shelter. Had it been dry weather it would have been great.

• Mid Stay 2 booking- landing at 23-10 (11-10pm)- I was advised by BCP to purchase another days parking. It was not needed! Money wasted.
  Location of Long stay at East Midlands should be served by courtesy bus, it is not a pleasant walk with luggage in the rain.

• Mid Stay 2 Online booking went smoothly, facilities fine but anpr didn't recognise my car and when I "pressed the button" my reference number was not recognised by the operator. I took a ticket and went in. When I came back anpr still didn't work so had to press the button again. I think my reference was recognised and I was let out.

• Mid Stay 2 It was early morning, on site airport parking, the recognition of car reg. worked fine. No hassle, very easy and all went smoothly. Very short walk to airport.
  The return was equally easy - so would rate 10/10.

• Mid Stay 2 price okay.
  Allocated car park was full so directed to different car park. No passenger exit signs or directions for Departures. Were small gaps in the fence that were not easy to find.
  On return, could not immediately leave car park (even though i was in a real rush) as message suggested i owed £83 even though i had prepaid. had to wait quite a while for authorisation to leave. not good enough.

• Mid Stay 2 Booked Long stay 2 at East Midlands but was full on our arrival.We parked on the express car park as directed.On our return the chap on the intercom opened the barrier and was very pleasant and helpful.Definately use BCP again.Thanks

• Mid Stay 2 We arrived at the carpark, to find it full - a sign said- to go to the nearer carpark -to the airport. There we had to speak to the staff by intercom and they changed our booking to that carpark, issuing a new ticket. The staff were good.
