• Short Stay 1 Had pre-booked car into short stay car park arriving 6 in the morning barrier opened up no problem, parked then 5mins walk to airport destinations. Back 8 pm to car barrier opened up again so good experience.

• Short Stay 1 The short stay car park is extremely close to the departure terminal. However, there was slight confusion when I returned. Unbeknown to me, I wasn't supposed to take a token on arriving at the car park. I did so because the number plate camera / system didn't initially recognise my car registration although it was perfectly light conditions at 7.30am. Took a token and on trying to leave, the barrier stated I should pay £188! Called for assistance who explained I had been treated as a 'turn-up' customer rather than someone who had pre-booked. Solution: make the car park a pre-book one only or improve the quality of the camera system on entry.
