The instructions were minimal and I ended up in the wrong lane with a 30 minute queue only to find I was in the Meet and Greet queue because it was primarily signed as the PreBooked queue and as far as I was concerned I was prebooked. It meant I was late checking in and was fortunate that my plane was delayed. I would not book this way again unless your instructions were more precise
