• Short Stay 3 We found the experience very good and will use you again as we have previously. Although it was a very unusual set of circumstances as it rarely snows in UK. It would have been very helpful if the main traffic lanes in the car park had been cleared and not left compacted down and difficult to negotiate.

• Short Stay 3 With BCP I've had none of the hassle encountered with other online booking companies, (so far).
  All easy and smooth. BCP should try and make sure the parks are managed properly, without wrekless parking during busy periods.
