• Short Stay 3 A smooth entry and exit from Car Park A at East Midlands Airport. Spaces were plentiful on arrival. We found getting to the exit lane in the dark on our return a little difficult. I would recommend improved signage to the exit to aid your customers.

• Short Stay 3 Fantastic no problems ,last year the number plate recognition didn't work on prepaid car park so exit was a pain and had to use intercom . But this year no problems at all. Car park was very busy on arrival and if you pick a full a line on some,you have to reverse back as no loop facility on all lanes a warning sign would be helpfull.

• Short Stay 3 Just confusion with the button on the barrier-gate. We had pre-paid but not that clear on arrival -once the button was pressed we then had to validate the ticket-however it was easily validated on return!!Otherwise fine

• Short Stay 3 I pre paid so did not see anyone but the parking was smooth, easy and accessible ( I used Car Park 1 ) The only problem was the car park was full and it took me a while to find a space and then it was at the far end of the car park - apart from that it was "hitch free" :-)

• Short Stay 3 Unfortunately due to bad signing at EM airport I went to wrong carpark so therefore did not park in disabled parking as intended. Car parks so much more extensive than the last time I travelled from there. Hopefully will find right carpark next time

• Short Stay 3 Did not meet anyone.
  Car Park 1. No issues locating at Airport. Inside the Car Park, lack of signs directing. One section there was not a through route. Three point turn possible, but risk if hitting parked cars. This route should be one way and flowing.
  Exit was trouble free, however. The wait for the the ticket to be processed took a very long time, seemed many minutes.
