• Short Stay 3 Used Car Park 1 at East Midlands Airport, which was very convenient for the terminal. However it was difficult to find a parking space and several cars had parked where there was not a recognised parking space. Have always used Car Park 2 or 3 in the past and whilst these are slightly further away from the terminal than Car Park 1 would use one of these car parks in the future as we have never had any problems finding spaces.

• Short Stay 3 As expected parking nearer the terminal is full, but some people were parking in access lanes. There did not seem to be any monitoring.

• Short Stay 3 We had to make a last minute change as our car had changed. On arrival to the car park the number plate recognition worked and we were in, parked up and jetted off. When arrived back to pick up car and go through barrier that was fine to. All in all a good service that worked.

• Short Stay 3 THE WALK TO THE TERMINAL WAS A LOT MORE THAN STATED. THE MAIN PART OF THE CAR PARK WAS FULL SO WE ENDED UP AT THE VERY BOTTOM END OF IT WHICH IS QUITE A LONG WALK.

It took 20+ minutes - and then only because I spotted someone leaving a space and had to race to get it ahead of several others - that I had seen also driving around for some time. This is not what you need when arriving for a flight at a specific time

• Short Stay 3 car park was v full. you had to go right down a row to spot a space - if there wasn't one, as there weren't any gaps to turn into the next row, you had a difficult manouevre either to turn round or reverse all the way back!! ok with a small car but merc estates are harder !!
