  • Short Stay 3 When I arrived my car registration was not automatically recognised as stated in the arrival instructions. I then pressed the ticket button first by mistake, there was then no response from the call button so I drove in. When I came to exit a charge of £95 came up but I was able to talk to the customer services and give my booking reference, so no further payment required. There was a long wait to get to the barrier, other drivers seemed to be having problems.

  • Short Stay 3 it was hard to find somewhere to park. people had parked in the spaces where vehicles should pass through and at the ends so we had to reverse out of rows after looking for parking. On return we were told we had to pay £120 although this was sorted straight away by your staff, thank goodness! Also there were no signs pointing to the exit until you got there, also no signs pointing the direction for walking over to the departure building.

  • Short Stay 3 trying to leave carpark my ticket was not recognised took several minutes for someone to answer then wanted my ref number which was in the boot not what you need after a long flight most dissapointed

  • Short Stay 3 Parking space was very hard to find, people in order to park had parked in walk ways making travel difficult also people had parked in roadways (roads paralel to cars ie up and down) making it difficult.
    Without knowing figures I would say car park was over booked. It took us 45 mins to find a space and park.

  • Short Stay 3 when we got to carpark it was closed we were directed to short stay as was everyone else there was no explanation and the queue was obviously very long on exiting the carpark 2 weeks later the barrier asked for £30 okay it was all sorted - would it have been better to receive an email to say that the car park was closed or was it a last minute closure - this is not really a complaint but it was a little frustrating on the day normally everything goes smoothly and to plan

  • Short Stay 3 The exit system from the car park did not recognise the ticket or the car registration and delayed our exit from the car park. Entry to the car park was easy enough but there were no clearly marked circulation routes around the car park to help you find a free car park space.

  • Short Stay 3 We booked in Long Stay Car Park 1 and when we arrived were sent to Express Car Park. Upon our return when we entered the ticket we were asked to pay £75 but this was resolved quickly enough when we spoke to the car park assistant.
