  • JetParks Service was very bad. When we arrived the number plate recognision did not work so we had to press the help button and told to park in the "open zone". It was not explained that this was not a permanent car park and that this zone changes daily so it was important to note the number of the zone.
    When we landed we found the coach stop named jetparks long stay. We got on the coach and alighted at the car park and headed towards the area where we had parked our car. However the open zone was no longer there. We were very confused as we could not find our car. We headed to the help point at one of the coach stops but no one answered. We headed to the next stop and again the help point did not work. When we saw a coach we flagged it down to ask for help. The driver informed us at this point the open zone changes daily so this was why we couldn't find our car as we were looking in the wrong zone. He did radio the office and was told the time we parked the open zone was area J. We then headed over to that zone which was about a 10 min walk. When there it was clear this was not our car park as it didn't look like where we parked. However we had a look but still no car. We then tried to contact the telephone number on the booking forms to get a recorded message saying the office was closed. We then had to walk about a mile to the entrance barriers to try and contact someone. After telling the lady our story she said we had parked in zone k.I asked if she had a telephone number we could call should there be an issue as we were not confident we had been told the correct information. The lady was not very helpful and said no we would have to walk back to the barriers which was going to be a very long walk. We headed to this zone and again no car. By this stage it was dark and cold. Again we flagged down another coach to beg for help. I was feeling extremely distressed and very confused. We had now been searching for the car for two hours with very little help. I asked the driver if there was anyone who could come out to help us. The coach driver radio the office again and this time someone in a car came to help. This lady was lovely she looked at our paper work, made a phone call and within a few minutes had worked out what the issue was. Our car was in the Jetpark area not the long stay.she kindly offered to take my husband to our car but I had to be left alone in a dark and diserted car park while he went to get our car as there was only one seat. I think the signs need to be improved to clearly state there are two totally separate car parks and this to be clearly highlighted on the booking paperwork. If this had been done we would not have had the issues we had. The lady who rescued us said this happens frequently, if this is the case why didn't the person who we spoke to at the barriers just say there where two car parks? Or even the driver who picked us up from the airport. We could then have checked where we were.
    We are due to travel from Stanstead at the end of July and again we will be looking for car parking but I am very reluctant to use Jetpark due to the lack of help.

I would like to know if there is any process in helping drivers find their cars on their return if they have forgotten which zone they parked in or which bus stop they got on at.

  • JetParks Parking excellent and with enty bus stops near by not to much walking involved. Good price and very easy to find. Flight was delayed which doesnt help so mad rush and stressful getting out airport and trying not to be to late which we wernt as i wished i had booked it for later time but you just dont no with airlines. Other that would recommend jetparks . Good idea pay extra for the late delays as you never know how late you could end up

On the way home bus fine but found the driver a bit rude when we asked him if this car park was jet parks. He said I would have said jet parks wouldn’t I? So overall not too good.

    Everything went smoothly and there were no tricks not unexpected inconvenience.
    The shuttle was punctual and BCP honoured the overtime fee I had paid for, as my flight was 2 hours late. The car park was easy to find and very close to the M11.
    Fair price.
    Definitely recommended.

  • JetParks Coach drivers fine. On the way back I’d idiotically forgotten where my car was. Driver called control centre as we drove along and with my arrival date and time calculated correctly where my car was - impressive.
    As Ryan air were late I had overstayed by a couple of hours. Called from the exit gate and explained why the exit gate was not opening. Got. Very friendly and efficient ‘ok! And the gate opened and we were away. Overall very good service by all involved. Thank you.
