  • JetParks We had no problems using this car parks at stansted. Only waited 10 minutes for the bus today and it sa10. The driver came along the bus asking everyone which stop they needed. When we drove up to the barrier it just lifted straight up so there was no hanging around which is what we needed after a night flight no hassle, thumbs up

  • JetParks Going to the airport was perfect but coming back it was terrible as the queuing system at the long stay platform is non existent so everyone is pushing and shoving to get on the bus

  • JetParks I'd break down into smaller paragraphs information on how you approached the barriers. Explain it's number plate recognition.
    making a bit more information about how the particular parking zones, some are closed. so you have to look out for the signs saying which is open. I ended up going round twice with another cars who were lost, so clearer directions would be good.

  • JetParks I found the bus staff very friendly. Kindly reminded me to take a picture of the bus stop so I could recall it on the way back.
    My critisicm would be the price, It seems to fluctuate wildly. The price of parking (for two days) was more than double the cost of the flight itself. ive used this car park once before and the price was much better then.

  • JetParks When we arrived at the carpark early hours of 3rd June, in plenty of time before our flight, we noticed there was a big queue of traffic at the entrance. We waited for around 20minutes for someone to come and help. I believe the barriers weren't working? I understand that not everything runs smoothly every day. This caused us to be slightly late for our flight, so was unable to look around duty free and relax with our 1 year old before our flight. On the way out, the same happened. We got to the barrier and couldn't exit. We called through and said we were unable to be let out. I'm guessing on arrival at the beginning of our holiday you receive a card to help with the exit of the carpark but unfortunately we didn't experience this. This wouldn't cause me not to use the carpark again as it was very easy. But would maybe give a bit more time in case this happens again.

  • JetParks We had to wait 25 minutes for a bus to collect us from the car park to the airport for our departure flight. The bus was full standing room only, I wouldn't be suprised to hear that the bus was loaded with more passengers than the number leagally allowed. On returning the bus was waiting at the Jet Parks / longstay car park stand and departed to the car park after 5 minutes. The return journey was slightly confusing because we entered the long stay car park and then half way round this became the Jetparks car park. The vehicle recognition on arrival and departure worked well.

  • JetParks All went smoothly. We arrived drove slowly up to camera at red stopped barrier open in seconds. Drove to the section open,parked and proceeded to bus stop where a bus was stopped driver didnt rush us and waited the few seconds for us to stow luggage and get seated before safely moving off too airport. On return busstop was clearly signed at airport, a short walk from exit (50/60m) straight onto bus and back too the parking area driver kept us informed of his planned route as we approached the carpark enabling people to ready themselves for the stops they required.
