• JetParks I got to the car park and ryan air the scam artists they are would not let me or my 1 year old son on the flight. I wasted £50 on jet parks for a two night duration and a few hours after I checked in , I then had to leave the car park within a few hours. The rude customer assistant at the gate would not even give me a refund. £50 charge for a 6 hour stay in Jet Parks

• JetParks Getting into Jet Parks was not an issue but would explain in email that you have to take the ticket out to open the barrier and MOST IMPORTANTKLY to keep the ticket when leaving the Jet Parks Car Park. The email confirmation did not mention that you had to keep the original ticket issued (luckily I had kept mine secure)but mentioned that once t=you get to exit barriers would open automatically - this is not the case.

• JetParks Very good service that went smoothly apart from the ANPR not raising the barrier but I spoke to a polite man over the intercom who sent me a pre paid ticket. On return the bus was broken down near the pickup which meant I had to walk into the bus station for a different bus but all was smooth after that. Definitely will consider using you again.

• JetParks Frequency of buses could be improved. My main reason for booking Jet Parks was the impossibility of using the mid-stay car park without Meet & Greet. I want to park my vehicle myself.

• JetParks A good smooth trip. Everything clearly stated, a bit of a wait for bus going to airport but this was explained before hand so no problem.
