• Long Stay Great service and smooth running. I cannot criticize anything bar a number of bird droppings on my car roof when I returned (time of year?). The buses to and from the airport ran smoothly. My booking reference number was shown clearly as I entered the car park. The only recommendations perhaps would be a small coffee vending machine or small cafe in the side parking by the toilets at the entry to the car park and as mentioned other times a discount scheme whereby one accumulates a free parking trip after say 10 trips (I myself have used the car park with this particular car over 20 times).

• Long Stay Great and easy as always. The only thing I would mention is that after faithfully using BCP for over 40 times a free trip parking would be in order. Perhaps a scheme to incorporate free parking after 10 / 15 usages would be most welcome. I have a further BCP Stansted trip in March. Helpful staff near pre-parking and toilets. Well signed car parking areas and quick comfortable transport buses. 10/10!
