• Long Stay My registration number must have been mis-read when I entered the car park, because when I exited, I was stopped and asked for a further £30 by the automatic process. The lady who responded to the assistance button was excellent and resolved the issue.

• Long Stay everything went smoothly including bus transfers to and from the terminal except that for the second year running I had problems exiting the stanstead long term car park. even though I followed the white arrows, I went around the car park twice before exiting. A passenger who is a very experienced driver was also baffled. Hopefully, better luck next time.
